Kapil Dev Singh is the Founder of Coeus Age(www.coeusage.com), which has the sole objective of enabling organizations build and enhance business value from IT. Kapil has 19 years of experience, of which 16 years are in business research. He headed IDC in India for close to 8 years as Country Manager. Kapil is a keen scholar of organization studies and he is currently in the process of completing his doctoral program from MDI, Gurgaon (thesis submitted). His doctoral thesis deals with the phenomenon of CIO Role Effectiveness as embedded in individual competencies and the surrounding organizational context. His broader area of interest is in the domain of Business Value of IT. Kapil is a certified organization development consultant from ISABS, a leading body of applied behavioral sciences in India, where he was certified at the highest competency level. He is also a qualified consultant and practitioner of process maturity paradigms like ISO 9000: 2008, PCMM & Six Sigma. Kapil is an Engineer (Mechanical) and MBA (Marketing) by qualification.
